Real Estate Along Ahmedabad - Vadodara Expressway (NE-1)

National Expressway 1 (NE-1), the Ahmedabad–Vadodara Expressway, is India's historic first national expressway, commissioned in 2004. Spanning 93.1 kilometers, it connects Gujarat’s largest business hub Ahmedabad with the industrial and cultural centre of Vadodara.

Reducing travel time between the twin mega cities from 2.5 hours on congested highways to under 60 minutes, it serves as the arterial backbone of Gujarat's Golden Corridor, passing through Anand and Nadiad.

NE-1 transformed the urban interface of Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Outer Ring Road developments in Ahmedabad (C.T.M., Vastral) and Vadodara (Golden Chokdi, Harni) have emerged as high-growth residential and commercial hubs.
